So I didn’t do as well as I wanted but I shaved a little bit off of my first 800 time so I’m happy. I was hoping to break 3 for the 800 but I ended up with a 3:09. I’m kind of disappointed but honestly I’m just happy to have finished. I think my anxiety kind of got a hold on me but otherwise I felt okay. Even my breathing felt a little bit better so that’s good. I hadn’t done a real track workout in a couple of weeks because when my asthma was really bad my coach made me do lighter workouts, so trying to find a good pace was really difficult. But other than that, I’m happy and I feel good. I guess at this point I can really only do better (:
